South Central PA Robotics Competition

South Central PA Robotics Competition9.0

The Final Round

The official results from the 2019 contest are now posted.

The ninth annual South Central Pennsylvania Robotics Competition was held November 16, 2019 on the campus of Penn State Harrisburg. 42 students from area high schools and organizations participated in the contest. The competition was the culmination of months of work by many of the competitors and planning by organizing committee.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors robot kits were donated to schools to help students prepare for the contest. In addition, undergraduate and graduate students from Penn State Harrisburg served as mentors at multiple schools, helping students learn to program the robots. Penn State students also designed challenges for the competition, and served as judges for it.

Sponsors and Robot Kits

The generosity of all of our sponsors funds not only the competition itself. It also allows us to provide free robot kits to local schools and student mentors from Penn State to help groups at local middle schools and high schools learn to use the robots. Teachers, school administrators, or teams coaches, who would like to receive a robot kit should contact Dr. Aldo Morales.
